Research
My research focuses on isolating novel Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteriophages with therapeutic potential. Specifically, I am working to identify bacteriophages with a broad host range that can eradicate biofilms in a cystic fibrosis sputum model, can prevent colonization in human lung epithelial cells, and have synergistic effects with antibiotics. My interests include ESKAPE pathogens and antimicrobial alternatives.
